If you’re hurting, that means you’re doing something right! We’ve all heard the cliche’ saying, “no pain, no gain” but there’s truth in it. When snacking during your free time or laying around the house, it’s true, you’ll experience no pain but you also will experience no gain…wait…let me take that back. You’ll definitely gain, but not in a good way. You’ll gain weight, inches and unwanted curves. If you want to gain in a good way – long life, more energy and a nice body – then you will have to experience the pain received from working out. Stop postponing your workouts, get to the gym, and get to work! Enjoy the moments of pain. They will only last for a moment but the benefits that you’ll gain will last forever.
