Happy New Year!
Let me guess, “New Year, New You,” right? Whether you’ve said it out loud or it was just a thought, the desire to start the new year off right with shedding a few pounds is something we all want. I mean, why not? The holiday season is over and now there’s no excuse for you not to eat healthy and begin to work out regularly. This sounds all too familiar. I too start off EVERY year with the “New Year, New Me” mentality. My advice to you — just do it! It’s the first Monday of the new year so what better day to begin! Start today and don’t put it off for one more tomorrow because tomorrow can easily become never. Trust me, I know! Try something different when working out and eating right.
