Alternate arms and legs in reps of 25-30, to hip abs from every angle.
2. Frog Lift
Keep knees wide and heels together while thrusting your hips up in sets of 12 to boost your buns.
Simultaneously lift arms and legs a few inches off the ground and hold for 5-10 seconds to tone back and buns.
