The first dead-lift video was taken by one of my old trainers, Ohio and one of my workout buddy’s Sabrina helped to demonstrate the single-Leg squat. So with that in mind, weight lifting is a must! I’m still working on my own goals but once you start, make sure that you’re eating well and getting your weight training and cardio in. Soon I’ll post for you guys a combination of arm workouts.
